We want you to love your GreenPan cookware, which is why we offer a 90-day return window for items in their original packaging. If your healthy ceramic non-stick cookware isn't a perfect fit for your kitchen, we'll help you find a solution.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your cookware in its original packaging along with all documentation and the provided return slip to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
